This outage will only affect the McGraw-Hill service. All other Blackboard services including Blackboard itself will remain functional. Please see the note from McGraw-Hill:

On April 14th, 2012, your grading workflow in Connect will become more efficient than ever. Connect's auto-graded questions and assignments that you already know and love will remain unchanged, but on April 14th, we'll be improving your experience and workflow for all manually graded questions.
