As Connect usage continues to grow each semester, the Connect team is committed to improving our service and ensuring its reliability for you and your students. As a part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce a coming upgrade to our server capacity. This upgrade will help us ensure that you are able to continue enjoying the stability you have come to expect from Connect, even as significantly greater numbers of users access the platform. This upgrade is scheduled for Saturday March 30 from 12 am to 8 am EST, during which time Connect will be unavailable. This timeframe was selected to be minimally intrusive due to historically low usage associated with it being a holiday weekend.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to work to enhance your Connect experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or your students. Though we always strive to find the lowest usage times to make our enhancements, we know that some of you may need to adjust your assignment due dates due to this downtime window.
