Blackboard Mobile Learn iPad version 2.3.5 is now available on the Apple App store

Bug fixes:

- Fixed an extraneous server error message appearing for some non-English language users

- Fixed a login issue for users with special characters in their username/password

- Fixed issues with Favorites handling
