All Blackboard services are still functioning, but we have one of our five application servers that is responding slowly. We noticed around noon that it was a bit slower than normal and had stopped any new traffic from reaching that server. Recently however, the performance has been degrading on that one server.
If anyone experiences Blackboard being slow, they can logout and close their browser. When they open the browser again and log into Blackboard, they will be redirected to a new server that is running normally.
Again, services are slow only on that one application server. Folks on the other four application servers should not see any problems.
