It was discovered that the background processes have been queued waiting for some time now. The processes that are included are: course copy, course import and course export. We applied a fix that normally resolves the situation, but unfortunately it did not work this time. In order to enable these to run again, we will need to bring the environment down and perform maintenance on the system. We have scheduled this for the morning, starting at 5am. We expect that the maintenance will be completed within the hour. Once the maintenance is completed and the environment is available, the processes that have been queued up, will start executing one at a time. Please do not try resubmit a copy/import/export again as you will end up with duplicates. We do not see any duplicates in the system right now. Scope of the Maintenance: All Blackboard Services.
