We are having a problem with the cloud services on half of our application servers. On those application servers, folks are not able get updates or grades from their cloud profile. We have a resolution, which we have already put in place. However, we will need to restart the application servers. We will do this at 4am tomorrow morning and expect the environment to be available again by 5:30.
Services Affected: All Blackboard services.
