When a student tries to upload a new attempt to an assignment, that has already had at least one attempt submitted, they may receive an error. Once an error is received by a student, the error will persist until the work around is performed. The assignment needs to allow multiple attempts. This problem is experienced in both individual and group assignments. Scope: All courses. Status: Blackboard has slated to fix this in 9.1 Service Pack 12.
