When sending an email from the grade center and an email is entered into the BCC field, the email that is sent is blank. This will also happen if the check box at the bottom of the message for including a list of recipients is selected.
Scope: All courses.
Status: This has been confirmed as a Blackboard bug and is slated to be fixed in 9.1 Service Pack 10.
Work around: Do not enter an email into the BCC field or select the checkbox for including a list of recipients. Email sent using the Send Email tool works as expected.
